We guarantee that all our services will be performed professionally using chemical-free methods that are safe for your vehicle. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns.
Nature of Services
As a car detailing service provider, we offer professional cleaning and care services. Unlike physical products, our services are provided and consumed at the time of delivery. Therefore, traditional return policies do not apply to completed services.
Quality Assurance
We maintain high standards for every service we provide. Our quality assurance includes:
- Trained professionals who specialize in chemical-free detailing
- Thorough inspection of work before completion
- Use of appropriate techniques for different vehicle types and conditions
- Attention to customer specifications and preferences
Return Period
Since our services are performed and consumed at the time of delivery, traditional return periods do not apply. However, we offer the following satisfaction guarantee:
- Service corrections must be requested within 24 hours of service completion
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion
- All concerns should be reported while our team is on-site or immediately after service completion
After these periods, we may still address concerns on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee service corrections or refunds.
Return Conditions
For service corrections or refunds to be considered, the following conditions must be met:
- The service did not meet the standards described in our service guarantee
- Concerns are reported within the specified time periods
- The issue is not due to pre-existing vehicle damage or conditions
- The vehicle has not been used in a way that would affect the service results after completion
- Weather conditions or environmental factors have not compromised the service
- You have provided accurate information about the vehicle and service requirements
We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle to verify the condition and determine if a service correction or refund is appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
As a mobile service provider, we do not ship physical products. Our services are performed at your location. Therefore:
- No shipping costs apply to our services
- If a service correction is needed, we will return to your location at no additional charge
- Return visits for service corrections are included in our satisfaction guarantee
If you cancel a scheduled service, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in our Cancellation Policy section.
Return Process
If you need to request a service correction or refund, please follow these steps:
- Immediate Notification: Inform our team while they are on-site, if possible, or contact us within 24 hours
- Documentation: Provide clear details about the specific issues or concerns
- Review: We will review your request and may request photos or schedule an inspection
- Resolution: We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include:
- Return visit for service correction at no charge
- Partial refund for specific unsatisfactory elements
- Full refund in exceptional circumstances
- Completion: Once a resolution is agreed upon, we will complete the correction or process the refund within 5-10 business days
Non-Refundable Services
Certain circumstances may make services non-refundable or limit refund eligibility:
- Services completed more than 48 hours before the refund request
- Issues resulting from pre-existing vehicle damage or wear
- Damage caused by vehicle use after service completion
- Services affected by weather conditions or environmental factors beyond our control
- Services where the customer provided inaccurate information about vehicle condition or requirements
- Services that were completed according to specifications but did not meet unrealistic expectations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service (subject to cancellation fees)
We will evaluate each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.
General Legal Requirements
This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations:
- We honor all applicable state and federal consumer protection requirements
- Your rights under consumer protection laws are not limited by this policy
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
- Disputes will be resolved in accordance with North Carolina state law

If You're Not Satisfied

- If immediate resolution is not possible, contact us within 24 hours
Service Corrections
If we identify that our service did not meet our quality standards, we will:
- Return to re-clean any areas that did not meet expectations
- Provide additional service at no extra charge to correct the issue
- Work with you to find a satisfactory solution
Limitations
Please understand that certain limitations apply:
- We cannot remove permanent stains or damage that existed before service
- Some wear and aging may not be reversible through cleaning
- Results may vary based on vehicle age, condition, and material types
- We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service at any time, subject to the following terms:
- 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time incur no fee and receive a full refund if payment was made in advance
- Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- Same Day Cancellations: Cancellations on the day of service may incur a fee of up to 100% of the service cost
- No-Show: If you are not available at the scheduled time and have not contacted us, the full service fee may be charged
- Weather-Related: We may cancel services due to severe weather or safety concerns at no charge to you
- Our Cancellation: If we must cancel due to equipment issues or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option
To cancel a service, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Cancellation fees help us cover costs associated with reserved time slots and travel.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We prioritize service correction over refunds, but when a refund is determined to be appropriate, the following procedure applies:
